The following Terms and Conditions of Using Our Site  (Terms and Conditions) apply to this website maintained by the Global Agriculture and Food Security Program (GAFSP).  References to “World Bank Group” in such Terms and Conditions should be read as GAFSP, where appropriate.  Note that interactive tools are not available on this website and, therefore, such provisions from the Terms and Conditions do not apply.  Without prejudice to the above, the following additional terms of use (Additional Terms of Use) apply to this website:

The maps displayed on the GAFSP website are for reference only. The boundaries, colors, and any other information shown on these maps do not imply, on the part of the GAFSP, any judgment on the legal status of any territory, or any endorsement or acceptance of such boundaries.

The GAFSP is not responsible for the content of external or third-party websites that may be accessible or displayed through external links on the website. The presence of these external links does not represent GAFSP’s endorsement of the views or content of these third-party websites.

Twitter Pixel and Conversion Tracking
The GAFSP website uses Twitter Pixel, a service provided by Twitter Inc. (hereinafter referred to as ‘Twitter’). Twitter Pixel can help track actions by users after they have seen a Twitter ad or clicked on one. This process allows the GAFSP to evaluate the effectiveness of Twitter ads for statistical and market research purposes and can help optimize future advertising campaigns. Statistical, pseudonymised data is sent to Twitter in order to provide relevant statistics based on this and allow us to show you offers that are specific to your interests. These data are stored in a cookie. The data collected are anonymous to the GAFSP and therefore we are not able to draw any conclusions as to the identity of users. The data are however stored and processed by Twitter and therefore a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Twitter may use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with the Twitter Data Privacy Statement. The GAFSP has no control over the scope and further use of data that is collected by Twitter using Twitter Pixel. Users can object to the collection of data by Twitter Pixel as described above as well as to the use of data to present Twitter ads.

Amendments
The GAFSP may amend these Additional Terms of Use at any time. Notice may be provided on the website itself, and after posting of the notice, the users’ continued use of the website will be deemed as acceptance of the modified Additional Terms of Use, so please check this page from time to time.
